Orange Marmalade (40 gr)
Orange Marmalade (40 gr)
The arrival of the orange in Sicily is due to the Arabs: a beautiful looking plant with a famous fragrant flower. Production begins in the first decade of November and lasts until March. The orange variety used for our marmalades belongs to the Washington Navel group, which has a characteristic navel at the bottom of the fruit. The spherical fruits, slightly crushed at the poles, are orange and medium in size. The pulp has a high fibre content compared to other varieties, it’s seedless and particularly juicy and crunchy. These particularly sweet oranges, thanks to the absence of bitter substances, are very popular especially among children. In addition, the use in the kitchen is very suitable in the preparation of cakes and pastries, since their taste is not invasive, but neutral and delicate. Ribera Orange is a unique product with balanced, easily digestible nutrient components. All these characteristics are highlighted in our marmalades: simple but unique - and definitely ideal for every taste.
