We inform you that Scyavuru S.r.l. (in accordance with the applicable laws (196/2003 - contains provisions on the protection of persons and other persons in the processing of personal data)  is responsible for the processing of the personal data you provide or that is otherwise acquired as part of our business. 

The processing of personal data means their collection, registration, organization, storage, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, networking, blocking, communication, Distribution, deletion and destruction or combination of two or more of these operations. 

The data you provide will be processed for the following purposes:

  • to provide the service and/or deliver the products purchased by you
  • in connection with contractual, pre-contractual or legal obligations exclusively to administrative and accounting purposes
  • to comply with legal obligations;
  • for operational, regulatory, tax and operational requirements 

The data will not be passed on to other persons, except for the carrier who is entrusted with the delivery of the goods (UPS or another courier duly agreed with the customer), nor will it be passed on to third parties.  The following data are collected: 

  • Name and surname of the user;
  • the address of the user;
  • personal e-mail address;
  • telephone number;
  • Tax and tax identification number (only if invoice required, and in any case, whether company or self-employed).

The requested data are necessary, and if only one of them is missing, the delivery of the goods or the provision of the service can not be carried out, because we are not able to provide the pre-contractual, to meet contractual, regulatory and tax obligations. 

The processing of the data will  be carried out using appropriate instruments to ensure their security and confidentiality and may also be carried out with paper carriers and/or automated instruments for the storage, management and transmission of the data. 

We also inform you that Article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 Law Decree the exercise of certain rights. In particular, the data subject may request the presence or absence of their personal data from the controller and provide this data in an understandable form.

The data subject may also request to know the origin of the data and the logic on which the processing is based; the deletion, processing or blocking of the data processed in violation of the law, as well as the updating, Rectification or, if there is an interest, the integration of the data; for legitimate reasons to object to the processing itself.

Scyavuru S.r.l., also informs you that further information about the processing and disclosure of your personal data may be requested in writing from to Mr. Rosario Tortorici, who is the responsible  responsible for processing personal data.
